Web Application services not accessible

After upgrading the firmware to SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 now users are not able to access web services using local/Private IP addresses, only it works when NATted to the Public IP.

Could any one help on this please?

Does Web Services are local to your XG?

Hello Emmo,

Yes, they are local to my XG.

in order for it to work, I have to do port forwarding to a public IP then local users will also access it through public IP which is not the right setup.

Hi,

please provide a drawing of your setup. Sounds like your users are on one interface and servers on another, so you would need interlan firewall rules.
