SD WAN policy route not created for #LAN_WAN_LiveUserTraffic

We have recently upgraded our firewalls to ver 18. In XG310 firewall migrated policy route for #LAN_WAN_LiveUserTraffic is not created in SD policy routing. Because of that, I can not decide the primary and backup gateway for Internet traffic.

How can I add it manually?
