WAN port not working

i have a strange problem with one of the eight interfaces of my XG135-Appliance

The last  months all was working fine, but since last tow days I have the problem, that i can't reach (ping, tracert) one of my interfaces (config not changed)
So devices connected to this interface cannot establish an internet connection
For testing my notebook is now directly connected to the interface...same problem

I always get "destination host unreachable"

The Interface has the WAN IP 114..123.*.*/30
Now the strange part of this:
If i change the ISP of the interface from the 114..123.*.*/30 net to another, e.g. 192.168.*.* all is working fine
By changing back to 114..123.*.*/30 i can't reach my interface again

What i tried to do so far:
- a simple restart of the device ->no change
- disabling/re-enabling the Port ->no change
- disabling interface, restart XG an enable interface -> no change

    Hi ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

What is the current firmware on your firewall? Are you trying to ping and traceroute to any specific external address?

If plugging one notebook directly into the interface works, we can rule out the interface hardware issue.

When you try to ping or tracert, did you notice packet drops on the firewall? When you configure the interface with the public IP, what was the status of the interface?

Is there any other interface configured with the same network as this interface in question? Please provide the screenshots via PM.

    Thanks,
