Download user SSLVPN configurations as an Admin

I am looking to see if its possible for an admin user logging into the WebAdmin on an XG to download users SSL VPN configs or installers. I have found that this is possible on a Sophos SG by navigating to Definitions & Users > Users & Groups > Selecting a user account > Checking the Action box > and Download SSL VPN packages.

If possible I would like to know how I can do this same process from an XG.

    Hi,

    It's not possible to download those files through the WebAdmin page.

    You can only download the Sophos XG SSLVPN Configuration files through the User Portal while logged in as the desired User.

    Was this feature just not included on XG or taken away for a specific reason?

    Downloading a single config file for SSLVPN through the WebAdmin never existed on Sophos XG.

    If your looking to deploy SSLVPN in your company, you can use the new Sophos Connect 2.0; And then you create a single provisioning file that you can send to all your users - instead of having each one of them to manually login & download over the UserPortal.
