Since february 2020 I've started to use sophos product. First product was the UTM 9.7 folowed by Sophos Home Pro, for home stations and them upgraded to XG firewall.
My experience with UTM, was enjoiable, but I felt the need of having a scheduler for rules an more web granularity qualifiers, so, I've moved to XG. From this point, my experince become not so enjoiable. The firewall is applying the filters for some stations, for other doesn't. The rules scheduling is not working as expected, the vpn lan is nor forwarded to internal LANs, etc.
So, I'm thinking to Untangle or Pfsense.
Now, I’m asking the community to share there experiences with both products. Should I wait for a new XG release ?
