Sophos XG Firewall Service Function

Hi

What is the function of the Services Field in the Firewall, "Destination & services" section?

I found that if I set this to HTTP, HTTPS I encounter what appears to be certificate errors.  When running hte policy testing with this configuration, the firewall rules is unmatched and hit the default blocked rule. 

When I Service to Any, the rule works,  When I set service to just TCP the rule works.

The Sophos XG is primarily setup to be a proxy server, where I setup up URL whitelist within the web policies.

If Services is supposed to set the destination ports, why, if the traffice is http/https do the Service setting to http/https not work?
