Scheduled Reports mails are not sending

Hi All,

We are running Sophos XG SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 at present. We are facing issue with scheduled reports. When we send the test mail it delivers successfully but scheduled mails are not sending automatically. 

Please share me if any information to troubleshoot this problem.

    Please share the report scheduling configuration screenshot. Are there any special characters in the name of the configured report? 

    Did you configure email protection on your firewall? if yes, what is the configured SMTP deployment mode?
