Sophos Connect loses connection

I have a network with ~150 connections and with client-to-site vpn every new connection requires the import to be reconnected after our new associates leave our main campus. I just took over this network about 4 months ago and am still learning about how Sophos firewalls function however its baffling to me that I need to reimport connections to my associates so frequently. I will install sophos connect on their computer import the site connection and verify it works on our guest network. Then when they go home or we mail it to a remote worker the computer forgets the connection and asks for it to be re-imported. Is there a setting I have set up wrong causing this issue?

    Thank you for the response. We are using v17.5.13 MR-13 on our firewalls and v1.4.45.1015 with the Connect vpn. I looked through the documents and do not see anything that is related to the issue we are suffering from. Would v2 for the connect client fix this issue possibly. Every time an endpoint joins a new network it loses its imported connection.

    Hi ,

    Could you please explain what do you mean by "Every time an endpoint joins a new network, it loses its imported connection.". Did you mean that the user is no longer able to log in through the Connect Client? 

    Did you push the connection file via GPO?
