I CANNOT INTEGRATE MY SOPHOS XG TO SOPHOS CENTRAL

Dear we just put a new Box XG106  into operation and as usual after completing all the settings in the sophos XG we access the Central Synchronization menu and click on Register, insert our central sophos credentials and simply nothing happens, spend a few seconds turning the loading ball and closes. The box has an enterpriseguard license, we have already restarted the box, we have tried again to register more than 10 times and it just doesn't work. We need an urgent solution because it is at the center that we centralize our XG Firewall Backups.

This Cashier is perfectly registered in my Mysophos account.

    Dear the Problem has been solved.

    I ran the commands that H_Patel passed

    central-register --unregister
    service -S | grep ssod >>>>>>> To check the status of the service
    service ssod:start -ds nosync >>>>>>> To start the service

    And also the user of the switch I was using to register was an Admin, I changed it to super admin and then I managed to register the Firewall on the switch.
