All report not appear after update to V18.03

I face a very big problem which is that nothing appears in the reports and it is constantly empty

Like a photo 

I tried to do a restart of the service garner much time and the issue still appear please if anyone can help me :( 

My Sophos is XG 310 Vr 18.0.3

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Did you configure "Log firewall traffic" on your LAN to WAN firewall rule? Did you configure central reporting under Central synchronization > Sophos Central Services > Configure> Use Sophos Central reporting? 

    I was able to get the reporting details udert Reports > Dashboards with my test environment firewall with SFOS v18 MR3.
