All report not appear after update to V18.03

I face a very big problem which is that nothing appears in the reports and it is constantly empty

Like a photo 

I tried to do a restart of the service garner much time and the issue still appear please if anyone can help me :( 

My Sophos is XG 310 Vr 18.0.3

  • Seems like your have a bigger issue with an module, which kills garner completely. 

    Can you open a Support case?

    Do you use Central Firewall Reporting? Does this tool work?
