XG210 18.0.3 crash: system system_modules sip unload

Hi,

I've got 2 XG210 in HA running 18.0.3.
Telecom provider asked to disable sip module, i did this mayby a hunderd times with other models/firmware versions. But this HA gaves me:

    Could you please check if you are running the command on the primary unit? Is it an active/passive HA pair?

    It does not matter if you're on the primary or not, they keep crashing until you unplug HA and all other interfaces (don't know if they all have to be disconnected), then they will accept the unload command. 

    I think this is a major bug that needs attention, we get a lot of requests form voip provider to set this to disabled. I cannot set this for an active customer until there is planned downtime.

    Please address this bug, we have a lot of HA customers, and they are migrating one by one to version 18.
