XG 125 - Waiting for deployment

I am trying to add XG to Sophos Central but cant see where i would approve this request. Status - Waiting for deployment. 

I had this added earlier into central but today it stopped responding. I am unable to access the firewall management outside of cloud central. Default IP address:4444 is not responding. There is no hardware reset for this device, I can't find the micro USB setup for console access either.

Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks
