XG firewall throws up Sophos_CA cert

When accessing the network via rdgateway - at times - not often but often enough to be annoying I get blocked because the Firewall cert is being offered up via the RDgateway process rather than my RDgateway cert.

I've reviewed the forum posts here and none address this issue.

(sorry forgot to finish) If I wait a bit the issue resolves and I get the right cert. But I'd like it to offer up the right cert all the time, how can I fix this?

If you compare the log entries of such things, do you see some blocks in the logviewer at this time?

Are all users at the same time affected?

Do you use STAS?

Normally we don't all hit the RDgateway at the same time so I'm not sure. I don't use STAS.
