Web Authentication em Sophos XG HOME

Hello guys!

I have Sophos XG HOME V.18.03.

I Created local users and trying to allow web access by web authentication only, but when I checked "Match known users" I don´t get the web authentication (https://< firewall ip>:8090).

First question: The Web authentication on Sophos XG HOME works?

I´d tried follow these steps by youtube but no success. www.youtube.com/watch

Yes, It does works.

You have to check on both boxes so the unauthenticated users gets sent to the web authentication portal.

Check your firewall rules, there must be a rule on top of It that's allowing the traffic to pass-through.

The only rule is on top is allowing is:

From: LAN - any

To: WAN -any

Service: DNS

Also I try to access https://<firewall ip>:8090 but no success

Another strange thing is that the web block message is not appearing

Hi Toni!

If I type https://<firewall IP> I get the Captive Portal normally but when I try to access some web page I get "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
