Sophos Central - XG Task queue stuck

We are using Sophos Central to manage our XG firewall policies.  One of our Firewalls isn't receiving any of the policy changes.  They are all stuck in Pending transactions.  I've tried to restart the XG firewall, but that hasn't helped.  What else can we do to fix it?

  • You can remove the XG from the group and add the XG back to the group. This should reenable the Sync. 

    But seems like there is some object on your Group, which cannot be synced. There was a issue with special characters like German umlaut (äöü), which was fixed in MR3.
