Google Chrome Enterprise downloads blocked in default Web filtering

For some reason XG v18 web filtering rule for freeware/shareware includes Google Chrome Enterprise in its lists. This is NOT freeware or shareware and it shouldn't be included in these filtering lists. I've had the same issue with Intuit software updates being blocked. Annoying.  There should be some way to report URLs/domains that don't belong in this list because blocking shareware/freeware is a feature I like but it should only block actual shareware/freeware.

    What is the URL you are trying to access, I search for chromeenterprise.google but it doesn't have a category in the XG and in the rest of the Sophos Product is categorized as Computing & Internet and/or Business 

    You can always request a URL re-assessment using the following link.

     Also, you can change manually  the category directly in your XG by following this KB
