Webserver certificate not uploading on sophos XG V 17

Good day.

I am trying to protect my webservers using Sophos XG firewall ,. However, when I try to upload my Wildcard it keeps on failing. I have tried to use the .pem or .cer or the .der but it keeps on showing a red check that it's not successful.

Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

Make sure you are entering the Certificate and Private Key.

Also if you hover over the red X what does it say, what does it say?

Does it work with the cert in .pem and a password?

Yes, it should work, but it would also depend on how the certificate is chained.
