We've had a serious problem with the registration of a converted SG 230
There seems to be an error in the registration webpage of converted SG when the original SG license only has the basis license still valid.
We had the original license file of the device. Only the basis license is without expiration date, All the other licenses had expired.

After conversion we tried and importing the license into the registration wizard.
Any way we tried, it always came back to the same error page. A page without any exit or back button.
There was no way to register the device.
We tried skipping the registration but when we treid importing the file after registration we landed exactly into the same page.
Solution is to login to the MySophos portal, select the "Register new device" and enter the serial number of the converted device.
That unlocks the basis license for the device.
After logging into the device's GUI the license had synchronised and all was well.
