WebExceptions formatting skip destination IP with netmask

There is no error while saving this configuration; I did check in my test environment. It is acceptable formate to add a network. 

Are you having any issues with a web exception that has a network in the destination field?

There is even a legacy Exception with this format (Apple). 

So its supported. Another approach (in case you want to skip HTTPs Scanning) would be a TLS exception via DPI.

I was just wondering if this may cause all the errors in the apiparser log during import/export.
