Issue with VPN and connect to webserver in lan

What are the assigned IP range and the server IP address you are trying to access from PPTP? 

Did you configure the required firewall rules to allow the PPTP users traffic to your server? I would suggest you take a packet capture on the source IP address on the firewall. At the same time, you try to access the server to identify if the firewall is dropping this traffic or forwarding it to the internal server.

Thank you for your advice, I'll take care of it and let you know how I'm doing.

My external ip is configured such that on the WAN port (port3) I have an alias # PORT3: 3 with the configured ip address. Then I created the rule and NAT.

I tried to use packet capture, but found nothing interesting there. I followed the instructions you attached to your post.

I will just add that I can get to the server via a local ip, but I can't when I enter the URL or try to enter via public ip.
