Cannot Log Into Sophos Server Using Sophos Firewall Administrator Credentials via SSH

To Whom It May Concern I need to test a FTP connection for the firewall backups between a firewall and a FTP server which isn’t working and have been trying to log into the firewall server using my Sophos firewall administrator credentials & also my Active Directory domain administrator credentials and always get access denied.
