Open Ports for Google Meet

Hi,

I am getting a network time out error whilst trying to use google meet, this isn't effecting everyone, however it looks like the XG firewall. I have tried opening ports 19302-19309, clicking on services/add function, however would I have to make a new rule?

    What is the firmware version on your firewall? Did you configure the user based firewall rules and web policies? What did you configure differently for the users with no issues?
