Android users have to reauthenticate using webauthentication multiple times a day

Hi all,

i have trouble with authenticates users as long they are using android phones.
the have to redo the authentication many times a day. With Win10 & Linux WiFi users can't see such a problem.
The android users get the same (reserved) IP every time. So the MAC don't change ... i think.
Sign out is configured to "never".
Version: SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3

Does somebody has any idea?

    If you put the /log/Access_Server.log in debug mode, do you get more info as to what happen?

    # service access_server:debug -ds nosync 

    To disable debugging, please run the same command.
