Sophos won’t connect

Hi I have a Smart/RG router Model # SR555ac

Every time I try to connect I get an error that says the IKE  and UDP is blocked so unable to connect. I contacted my ISP and the are assuring me that I have a wide open portal that doesn’t block anyone. I don’t know much about all of this but I need help so I can work. Can I get instructions on what to do?  If it matters I have Fiber internet.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    I think we are talking about Sophos Connect.

    If you have access to the XG, you could do a tcpdump on the Advanced Shell of the XG (5>3) by using the Public IP of where you are trying to connect the Sophos Connect.

    For example

    #tcpdump -eni any host x.x.x.x (x.x.x.x = the Public IP of where you are trying to connect from)

    If you don't see anything from the Public IP, then most likely the Port 500 is blocked.
