Block sub URL XG Firewall

I want to specifically block a sub URL https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/getdata but nothing else under app.powerbi.com.

I've done this by creating a Category and adding Domain/keyword as app.powerbi.com/groups/me/getdata If I go to https://app.powerbi.com and then browse through the menus to https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/getdata the page is not blocked.

If at this point I click refresh, then the page is then blocked. If I paste https://app.powerbi.com/groups/me/getdata its blocked.

I've read articles that say this should work but I'm getting this intermittent behaviour. I'm using Scan HTTP and decrypted HTTPS and Decrypt HTTPS during web proxy filtering.

I've logged this Sophos support and I'm no further forward, they've basically checked over the settings.

I'm running SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3

I have now discovered the process works for perfectly another site using the same policies, so its something specific to do with the way https://app.powerbi.com/ is presented compared to other sites.

Seems to be connected to CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing).

Wherever you go on the site its always presented as just app.powerbi.com but it actually goes to https://wabi-uk-south-redirect.analysis.windows.net and the headers just say app.powerbi.com, so thats why we can't block the sub sites. Even blocking https://wabi-uk-south-redirect.analysis.windows.net/ does not work.

Anybody have experience of this?
