Thanks for the responses Harsh. Latest 18 version. Yes I did set web filtering. When I exclude the source IP from the web filtering, there is no issue. No application control. I even tried to exclude ms store and it looks allowed in the log.

Is there a specific domain that you are downloading these large files? If yes, you could configure a web filtering exception for that domain. I would suggest you check the web-filtering logs in the log viewer while replicating this issue to identify the required domains. You could also use the developer options on your web browser to identify the target domains.
