Import conf from XG210 v17.5.14 to XG135 v17.5.14

Hi all,

I am trying to import a .tar file to a XG135 V17.5.14 from an another device XG210 V17.5.14 and it doesn't work.

I always have the message " API import fail"

Have you an idea ?

Hello Tsiory,

Additionally to what Luca mentioned, please check the csc.log for the following line

# OPCODE Exited: 'upload_text_import_file' with Status: '500'

Are trying to import Web or IPS police?

emmosophos beside being a paint to use xml export / imports, I would like to know what setting has to be enabled to really see on which item it fails in /log/apiparser.log. Usually this log contains only useless lines of text. Here for example WebFilterExceptions

Tons of errors when exporting and also when importing the same unmodified file again. But in the end successful.

The log is useless...:
