Compatibility Issue with Sophos XG210 firmware (SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3) with Sophos Firewall Manager (SFM) firmware SFMOS 17.1.3 MR-3

Hi and good day,

We have figured out that one of our Sophos XG210 suddenly disconnected with our Sophos Firewall Manager (SFM). When i check system events on the SFM, it shows "Applying the Entity has been deferred as Device is not compatible with this SFM version". Other XG with SFOS 18.0.1(396) and SFOS 17.5.14(714) has no issue. So my question is, does XG with SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3 is not compatible with SFM SFMOS 17.1.3 MR-3?
