I have 40 users working remotely at home, and they all have Ring Central Voip phone app on their PCs.
The phone quality isn't great when they VPN into the office. however when they disconnect the VPN, they have crystal clear voice calls.
Also doing speed tests are from their PCs over VPN is slow compared to no VPN.
So I assume the bottle neck is with out office connection (i'm looking to upgrade that as well to 1Gbps but may take a week).
In the mean time, it would really help if I could find a way to bypass the SSL VPN for that one application.
Is there a way to do this?
