XG310 how to download and upgrade firmware

Question

I have sophos XG310 FW. 
 I want to download and upgrade firmware. 
 currently cannot bootup device. 
 how to upgrade using USB flash stick or how ?

If the XG is dead and can not start, you could use this method to get it up and running again.

 But have in mind that it will wipe all configuration you have, so have a backup ready to use after the reimage of the XG 310.
