XG310 how to download and upgrade firmware

If the XG is dead and can not start, you could use this method to get it up and running again.

But have in mind that it will wipe all configuration you have, so have a backup ready to use after the reimage of the XG 310.

Error: firstboot failed

2897: send_data_to_listener: write eror "network unreachable'

my question: why Error ?  "firstboot failed"

Sounds like your OS is damaged. Or Hardware is damaged. 

new hardware. our other network eng. try to upgrade firmare. it failed. 

then I tried new firmware using USB as guided by bro.  RickardNordahl .   

after installation it showed it message.

bro ! after rebooting second time....it shows following messges

my question why "Error : Fristboot failed" ?

password is admin.

Is this a new installation, new Hardware or old hardware? Because this looks like something is broken in your hardware. Would suggest to open a RMA. 

RMA ? 

this is new hardware. our Net Eng. tried to upgrade firmware it failed. after that stop booting. 

I installed new firmware according to this
