XG 310 is not booting up.

What do you mean by the firewall does not boot correctly? What is the firmware version on your firewall?

Please provide some more detail about your issue.

sophos XG 310r2 REV R1.01

now I did new installation ... but got following error ...

after reinstallation booting up following messages showed :

"  Loading forstboot configuration

installing default config

creating iview workspace (this may take few minutes)

Error: Firstboot failed

password:   "
