Open Group on XG125

hi All,

we have many sophos firewall on the company. all of them have englich languge.

as you may see in the attatched photo, on of the Firewalls 'XG125' has the default "Open Group" in German Language. how can we change the name of this group?

i have tried to delete it but it is not possible.

this firewall is XG125 version SFOS 18.0.3 MR-3

im asking becasue we want to manage this firewall from the Central Admin Portal but it gives us an error and we think that the language of the OPEN GROUP name is the reason.

any help please ?

Which language was the XG setup and how old is this XG Firewall? Did you use some sort of Backup/Restore on this?

i think it was in german. but not sure. the firewall is 4 years old. and yes we have backup on this XG
