TP link MR 6400 TO XG

I have connected a TP link TL-MR6400 router to my firewall (V 18) on the WAN port . (in static and DHCP mode) it can't communicate .
For info if other boxes such as the huawei and zte gpon works correctly.
Could you help me ?
