Client device not connecting to near by AP's

Hi Team,

I use XG115 firewall and X320 AP's in the intranet(without internet) setup.

Client devices used are tablets with 5 band frequency and android TV's with 2.4 band frequency they are separated with SSID's.

Issue here is client devices are not getting connected with nearest AP's.

If I change the transmission power what all are effect it will show on intranet
