Guest Wifi issue post v18 upgrade

Hello, 

Just finished the v18 upgrade this past weekend and come to find out today it somehow broke my guest network. 

It appears that devices are not getting DHCP addresses even though the config still exists. 

Any thoughts ?

    Appears that it was tied to the hotspot for some reason. I blew out the guest network and captive portal (and that DHCP scope) and recreated the guest network and confirmed it is working as expected now.
