  • Hi,

in my experience would indicate something on your lan is the cause. If you look at the logs you will see the source address.

  • My device was restarting intermittently, a Case is on wiht Support Team. On last friday it kept restarting every 30 minutes. I was asked to enable DoS and IPS for SYN Flood, telling me that the SYN Flood is causing the firewall to reboot.

But the problem with DoS attack logs is we can not find those in reports to check later on, those are available with live logs viewer. Live logs are cleared once the firewall is restarted. Also, we are getting few IP address from the SSL VPN DHCP Pool, and that is also creating issue as we are not able to identify the device, DHCP IP keeps changing. Too much of trouble with all this Lockdown and WFH thing

Still trying to identify the devices in network and forwarding those to my AntiVirus Support Team.

    Thansk for your response.

  • Hi,

the logs in logviewer are not cleared on reboot.you should be able to find entries in there.
