Hi everyone 
 I have a situacion, the customer need to scan the QR code on his smartphone to connecto the SSID Visitor, is this possible? 
 How I can scan the QR code?

Hello Carlos, 
 Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community! 
 Yes it is possible. So the Admin assigned to the hotspot, would need to access their User Portal, in there you will see the option Add QR code, once you turn it on and configure the Voucher definition Amount and click Create Vouchers you will see the PDF created. 
 
 Select the PDF created, and click on Export PDF, this PDF will have the QR code.
