Check for new firmware doesn't find the update

Hi,

I used XG Firewall since version 15. And all the time I was able to do update / upgrades using the web console.

Since version SFOS 18.0.1 MR-1-Build396 that I had to upload as the version 17 didn't found it, I have to upload the file on thru the web console to apply it as when I clicked on the check firmware button I do receive no updates available.

It was very convenient to have the update available warning instead of going all the time to Sophos site to check if there is an update.

I installed the SFOS 18.0.2 MR-2 using the sig file from Sophos and now my firewall is up to date but I do want to have updates available using the check firmware update button.

Or do I need to change something on my configuration to have them available ?

    New builds, such as MR3 are now released to MySophos before a wide release via Up2Date. This s'soft' release behaviour has been with us for quite some releases now. 

    You can either download the build now from MySophos, or wait until it is rolled out over the next few weeks.
