RED10 no longer Supported v18.0.1

Question

Hello, 
 i've currently problems to add existing RED10 devices, which were connected to a UTM device, into a XG with firmware v18.0.1MR1. 
 I've verified the RED-ID and Unlock Code several times and tested different splitt modes, ip addresses and Tunnel-ID's withouot succes. 
 The error message in the WebAdmin is " RED device could not be updated." I've no problems to add a RED15 device.

 Sophos RED 10 is EoL; please check out the following KBA for more info. 
 " In the case of access points and RED devices, models which have reached their end-of-sale, end-of-support or end-of-life date may not be supported on new firewall hardware."
