Does DLINK DSR-500 router compatible with XG Sophos to established IPSec ?

May I ask if it is possible to established the IPSEC between DSR-500 betweek XG Sophos v17 ?

We have tried the internet -possible solutions but the IPSEC won't established

Hi Xander Guevarra : Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

Are you trying to establish the IPSec between XG and DLINK router? If yes then as per your attached reference link it should work. Is your XG OR DLINK router behind NAT device or having direct public IP over it? If any of them behind NAT device will your try by putting local ID and remote ID in the IPsec connection settings at both the end?

If this has been already tried then you may check strongswan.log OR charon.log on XG to get suspected reason why tunnel not getting established.
