XG : No outgoing Video/Audio with MS Teams and Whatsapp

We receive complaints from our colleagu that they have problems with whatsapp and MS teams

When there is communication they see the external partner , but the external partner dont see video of hear audio

i've already maked a rule with full allow but seems the same.

Did you see traffic being dropped on the firewall?

Could you please check if you have IPS and DoS protection configured on your firewall?

If you have HTTPS decrypt and scan configured on your firewall and web protection, you probably need to bypass the following URL for WhatsApp:

^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?50\.22\.19[2-9]\.
^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?50\.22\.2[0-5][0-5]\.

^([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net\.?/
