Sophos Connect Client

Hi All

I have connected to the HQ using sophos connect client and i need to rdp to the computer that uses the sophos client. remote computer is already enabled in computer setting. however I am unable to access to the remote computer what can be the problem?

    Does other services work? Only RDP fails? 

    There could be different reasons for this: RDP fails because the destination Client does not allow RDP from such a IP (Windows Firewall), You have MR1 installed and DPI Engine active (Logviewer: Flow_Timeout), No Firewall Rule?

    is that possible to communicate from client vpn to HQ and vice versa. I taught if i use client VPN only communication to HQ is possible. communication like rdp to the remote client used computer is not working. am i right?
