XG Blocking Wifi Calling

I've turned on generalpolicy for IPS and Block very high (Level 5) apps on my LANtoInternet firewall rule. When doing this, it has started to block wifi calling for users on Sprint inside our company.

Any idea how I can fix this without turning these features off?

XG135 on newest v18.

What is the SID that is being detected?

You could create a bypass for this SID, check this KB on how to achieve this.

I did for the areas p2p and torrent clients p2p. Wondering what rfcat_vk is talking about though if that might be a better route.
