XG Blocking Wifi Calling

I've turned on generalpolicy for IPS and Block very high (Level 5) apps on  my LANtoInternet firewall rule. When doing this, it has started to block wifi calling for users on Sprint inside our company. 

Any idea how I can fix this without turning these features off?

XG135 on newest v18.

    Hi Greg,

    I created a rule for wifi calling, my telco uses IKE (ISAKMP is what the firewall reports it as VPN). I have allow all in web and application policies and local IPS policy.

    The restriction is controlled by the source devices being identified in the allowed users box
