Web Authentication failure

HI, Expert,

I buid two BR, One is BR0(192.168.22.16) ,another is BR1(192.168.15.1). on XG125. The Test PC below to 192.168.15.0.

Matched known users checked.  One day the Test PC did not get web authention page automatically when try access internet. I maually type the web authentication IP as: 192.168.15.1:8090. It had been working for a few days. Today, The web authenications page failure to pass handshake. Try 192168.22.16:8090 and 192.168.15.1:8090. and network reset.  The  test PC still face this problem.

I might unckeck "match known users" to get it connect to internet again. But I have to get reason. Because I will send XG125 to site, if the internet is not availbe. I wil not be able to remote their.

could you help to digonis for this test PC?

    how many interfaces on each bridge? We’re you connecting on the same port each time?

  • on BR1, port5/6/7/8, only port8 connected. IP 192.168.22.16

    BR0, port1/3. only port1 connected to test PC. IP 192.168.15.1

    On BR1, port8 connected to WIFI network. All mobile and laptop get automaitcallly web authentication page and log in fine.

    I am just aware of remote from 192.168.22.xx to this test PC is not avaible. As i confirm it is ok before the web authentications page failure.

    Further, I perform the network reset, when the Test PC restart, ONe alert coming up: Revocation information fro the security certificate for the site is not avaible. Do you want to proceed?

    I checked the certificate. It issue to login.live.com.

  • Quick update.

    I jsut get an old XG125test on other XG125. Poliy as same as previous XG125. The web authentication page pop up normally.

    Log in authentication and passed. When testing browse intenet, it gives error: An application is preventing Microsoft Edge from  safely connecting to this site". If uncheck "match known users". Intenet browsing is normal.

    It sounds something fault on Sophos certificate.

    Make sure you have installed the SSL_CA certificate (Certificates >> Certificate Authorities >> the 2nd from the list) in the computer of the user.
