Issues with XG home edition

Hello all,

I am having issues with my XG running the home edition.  For some reason I am having issues that started within the last 10 days.  Here is the error message I am receiving:

This is when returning to a website I was at maybe 20 weeks ago.  Why would websites get blocked now?  I'm not sure if the issue is simple or not but have searched this forum.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    This is definitely an issue with the XG firewall.  It's kind of strange certain websites (like rti.org) started having issues with the page loading all of a sudden.  The menus all work ok on the device but now have these issues.

    It's ok to scrap the box I built it from an APU core..  Another question I am looking at an XG105 rev. 3 device to use in it's place.  Are there any license implications for running an actual Sophos box in the home?

    Hi,

    there are no real issues, but get a 106 because 105s are not compatible with v18.

    There are some tricks to loading the home version on sophos hardware, there are plenty of posts on how to achieve this. Also do not get the W version and that is not supported on the home version either.
