Quarantine Digest is send twice per incident

Hello folks,

I have a strange problem. One of our users receives every quarantine digest twice per incident. How can i change that?

Maybe your User is in a public folder and gets this through this channel?

Can you view the user in XG and look for distribution lists or some sort of config?

I can see in the XG Log that the XG Firewall is sending the Digest twice at the same time.
