Anpassung Layout Quarantäne E-Mails

Hallo,

gibt eine eine Möglichkeit die Quaranäne E-Mails im Layout anzupassen. Wir finden es sehr unglücklich das in der E-Mail steht "Click on "Release" link to send that quarantined message directly to your inbox " dis aber nicht mehr funktioniert nach dieser Anpassung hier: https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000039448?language=en_US. Der Link zeigt dann nur eine Info das sich der User am User Portal Anmelden muss um seine E-Mail freizugeben. Kann man hier direkt auf das User Portal verlinken?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community! 

    Yes, users will be redirected to the User Portal, once the user clicks on the My Account link in the quarantine digest email. 

    Once the user has successfully logged into the User portal they can release the quarantined email.
